Our Search Philosophy
Briefing Meeting
A comprehensive face to face briefing meeting between all stakeholders to establish the following parameters for the search:
• Ensure understanding of the strategic, financial, cultural and operational needs for this hire.
• Establish target universe and frequency of ongoing assignment communication.
• Establish realistic timescales for the search and identify client interview dates.

Candidate Briefing Document
• As a guide this is expected to include:
• Client overview and introduction
• Background to the role (context of the role and key attractions)
• The role specification (purpose of the role and key responsibilities)
• Candidate specification (personal profile and personal qualities)
• Remuneration details

Research Process
Mapping of the relevant target companies and target individuals.

Contact, Verification and Evaluation
Each target will be approached and telephone screened before interview to ascertain suitability to the project.

Consultant Interview Stage
Face to face interview(s) with suitable candidates. This may include key client questions

Shortlist
HeadPro provides a shortlist profile of four candidates, presented face to face.

Client Interview Process
A Director can partner our client through the interview process

Offer Stage
A Director will undertake all negotiations between our client and the successful candidate.

Loyalty Vacuum Management
A vital part of the process to ensure a smooth transition of the successful candidate to our client.

Account Management
We view each client as a key account for HeadPro and as a service standard we would recommend one of our directors become an account director for your business going forward. As a boutique search firm each client with be engaged by the intended account director from the outset and this responsibility will not be devolved at any stage. We recognise the hiring pattern for senior executives tends to be reasonably ad hoc, however, we strongly believe this approach ensures continuous improvement of the partnership between your business and HeadPro as well as consistency in terms of process and brand message to the marketplace.
